Pancake Heaven

These pancakes literally taste like heaven. They are light and fluffy like little clouds. They literally melt in your mouth. Yum! I was introduced to Japanese Souffle Pancakes a few years ago from social media. I got a chance to actually try some at a pancake shop called Hanabusa Café.
