Even in these challenging times, I try to be as optimistic and positive about life and the future. Encourage yourself and your loved ones everyday, especially during these times. COVID-19 has impacted us all and life as we know it may never be the same. Some have lost loved ones. Some have lost their jobs, businesses, and income. Some have missed out on celebrations, milestones, and life experiences. The year 2020 has been exhausting to say the least and we have no idea what's next to come. I applaud you for surviving thus far and I encourage you to focus less on all the craziness going on around you, and focus more on you and your health (mental,physical,emotional,and spiritual). I love you.
